Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and escalate as needed

Modify the system to increase benefits and usability.
Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other Salesforce objects and functions.
Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.
Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
Document company processes and workflows.
Some experience with databases, Salesforce experience a major plus, but not required.
