BraunWeiss is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage multiple Finance and Digital Projects.

Responsibilities:


  • Support multiple project managers across states in a fast-paced environment using MS Project and JIRA

  • Maintain and update all project plan documentation from initiation to execution

  • Monitor project progress closely and alert project managers of schedule and budget risks

  • Assist in management of multiple project schedules and track project progress from conception to completion including change management

  • Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication of project performance with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

  • Track and coordinate projects to ensure prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives

  • Act as a liaison between department and project management software or key project personnel

  • Day-to-day coordination of schedules and activities, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reporting results

  • Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are documented

  • Excel Expert with success in maintaining and organizing data, including dictionaries, metadata repositories, and cross-reference indexes across a broad range of industries. Skilled in VLOOKUP formula development, Pivot Table generation, and Pivot reporting

  • Project planning: May assist in planning project kickoff meetings and perform tactical activities, under the direction of more senior project personnel, relative to project planning activities

  • Project tracking: Participates in project meetings. May document issues, action items, user requirements, or deliverables from project meetings. Performs a variety of project related activities, including: updating project schedules and plans, project communications, budget tracking, etc. Accomplishes all work within established methodologies and standards

  • Issues management: Identifies and tracks project issues, resolving issues where possible or escalating to more senior project team members when needed. May identify risks and participate in mitigation activities

  • Change management: Partners with clients and project team members to drive communications and change management activities for each project deliverable. May be responsible for participating in the development of communications and change management materials

  • Business and process improvement: Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations as appropriate

  • Customer Service: Actively engages clients through all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring client satisfaction through timely communication and consistent completion of deliverables within communicated timeframes


Qualification:


  • 2-3 years of related business experience. Working knowledge of key operational business processes, with an emphasis on data management experience

  • 1-3 years of experience leading or supporting task/project management for marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, mobile, email, or other digital strategies) and/or product or platform development (e.g. website design and development)

  • Familiarity with customer engagement lifecycle or CRM applications preferred

  • Ability to craft compelling positioning, thought leadership content, and a range of marketing assets including on-message product demos

  • Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you

  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management systems

  • Experience creating datasets and generating reports in PowerBI

  • Understanding of Project Management / Project Management organization processes

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Self-directed with ability to assess and manage priorities

  • Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical and business expertise

  • Strong written and verbal communication Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Nice to Have)

  • Planview PPM Pro experience

  • Familiarity acting as a system owner, managing user accounts, answering day to day usage questions Experience with leading Projects and / or Programs • Strong Business Analysis skills with proven results in a highly matrixed environment

  • Strong reporting and report development skills

  • SFDC experience, SQL experience
