BraunWeiss is looking for an Operations Analyst to work on our financial projects. What You Will Be Doing

  • Streamline and enhance daily processes and ensure data quality, from pre-sales through project delivery and billing

  • Investigate and resolve inquiries from customers including contract terms, data updates, system changes and billing adjustments

  • Review new contracts and initiate projects in internal systems that reflect accurate schedule, resource plan, invoicing and revenue recognition information

  • Provide regular reporting and ad hoc analysis for the business on project health, resource utilization, and financial forecasts

  • Coordinate approvals, status tracking and billing related to partner and subcontractor engagements

  • Facilitate the month-end close process, including billing data consolidation, data reconciliation, and coordination with Finance department

  • Provide end user onboarding and support for our Professional Services Automation platform and related systems

  • Collaborate across the broader Revenue Operations team to design and deliver process improvements and technology enhancements to drive further efficiency

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice creation, procurement requests, vendor/contractor payments, and related workflows

  • Interface with vendors in finding cost efficiencies and high ROI solutions

  • Ensure compliance with required federal / state / local filings, regulations, and tax requirements

  • Own contract-related workflows in Salesforce, including inputting and maintaining contract and billing information in Salesforce, and auditing Salesforce information to make sure it is aligned with the contract

What You Bring To The Team

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, master's preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client services, operations, systems / data analyst, accounting or other related role

  • Highly desired to have the flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Suite, Slack, and Asana preferred

  • Proficiency with information systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP/Accounting, Order Management (preference for Salesforce CRM / FinancialForce PSA)

  • Experience building reports and conducting data analysis in Excel, BI tools, and other software

  • Knowledge of consulting / professional services business model, standard terminology and processes, and key metrics

  • Prior experience excelling in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization
