  • Provide appropriate problem resolution or routes inquiries as needed to ensure user satisfaction

  • Tasks include loading data, auditing data and running various checks to make sure information is accurate before opening the database for utilization by others

  • Utilizing the decision support system and database, produce assigned management reports at various intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)

  • Work with department managers to understand reports and data distributed and to assist in formulating action plans based on information produced including development of timelines and data needs for monitoring progress

  • Management reporting and dashboard creation

  • Financial Statement management and analysis

  • Support and creation of business metrics

  • Reconciles purchase orders to job requirements

  • Coordinating with 3rd party vendors to secure contracts

  • Cost/Breakeven analysis

  • Maintain monthly revenue projections for sales forecasting

  • Analyze staff utilization for staffing growth

  • Working directly with clients to ensure payments are received and applied correctly

  • Strong commitment and proactive approach to customer service, including a professional and personable telephone manner and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users


  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and sound Accounting practices

  • Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP

  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting

  • Some experience with databases, Salesforce experience a major plus, but not required.

  • Organized, analytical, methodical thinking
